There is only one level, and the main entrance opens up into the warm and inviting living room that features cozy sofas and a fireplace. Although it is compact, the kitchen contains all of the essential appliances. It is a wonderful complement to the outdoor kitchen, which also contains all of the necessary amenities. Large French windows allow for easy access to the outdoor space, including the porch and the pool.

The main house and a separate building, known as the guesthouse, combine to make up the villa’s total of four bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms located within the main house share a bathroom, while the third bedroom features both a private entrance that is accessible from the outside as well as a private bathroom. The guesthouse, which is only a few steps away from the main house, contains the fourth bedroom, which comes with its own private bathroom and private terrace.
