It is in a great spot in upper Punta Prima, not far from the shops and restaurants of Es Pujols and within easy reach of San Ferrán and Migjorn Beach.
Interior
When we approach the villa through the front door, we see the massive inner terrace with an open ceiling that acts as a link between the bedrooms and the rest of the house. On the right, there is one en-suite double bedroom with access to the front porch, as well as two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the pool terrace. The fourth bedroom, which is similarly en-suite, may be accessed from either the main entry or the living space.
The living room is vibrant and well-lit, thanks to the amount of natural light that enters through the windows and french sliding doors that lead out to the front porch and internal patio.
Exterior
Along the exterior, there is a private pool that features a seating area with loungers and sofas. Additionally, the front porch features a dining table, chairs, and sofas that are perfect for lounging around.
There is a set of five steps that will take you up to the place where you may relax and take in the breathtaking views of the ocean.
Guests will be able to take advantage of a vista that is perfect for Instagram, which will take them over the tower of Punta Prima and the ocean.
As you unwind on the inviting patio, take in the beautiful sunsets that paint the sky with a kaleidoscope of colours over the ocean and the mysterious Es Vedrá rock.
