This luxury villa in Formentera dates back to 1850 and has been completely restored and re furbished recently.
It has been decorated with a mixture of modern minimalistic decor and some antique features. Very comfortable, high quality.
Interior
The Villa consists of 2 large double bedrooms, and a triple bedroom containing 3 single beds, with a fourth pull out bed if needed.
All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and all have sliding doors onto outside terraces. There is also another bedroom, separated from the main house by an internal courtyard, containing a single bed that can be extended to two if required. It also has an ensuite shower room, making it perfect for teenagers, or ideal maids quarters.
The large light filled kitchen has marble worktops and a small breakfast bar. It has all the necessary appliances to make your life easier in the kitchen, including coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The dining room is accessed off the kitchen, with large table to seat all, and the lounge, which is housed in the older farmhouse part of the villa contains large comfy sofas, and a mezzanine chillout area.
All the technology is available for your entertainment, including tv, cd/dvd player and stereo system with iPod dock.
Exterior
Guests at this property will also benefit from private use of the beautiful pool and several large terraces and shaded chillout areas. All are furnished with oodles of comfy cushions for lounging.
Located in a quiet rural area, with views across the bay to La Mola, the nearest village is a short drive away while nearby there is a shop with local products and a fine restaurant.
