Interior
The villa is composed of one main house and one annex.
The main entrance leads directly into the living room with dining area on one side and cosy sitting area with comfortable sofas and fireplace on the other side, with a hallway leading to the fully equipped kitchen and the three double bedrooms from which all have large double beds and one is ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms share the second bathroom.
The stylish annex with one bedroom is located just a few steps away from the main house, and it comes equipped with a huge double bed, a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom. It is ideal for a couple with young children.
All bedrooms are decorated with the same remarkable style as the rest of the home, an elegant choice of minimal, essential modernity, designed to offer maximum comfort for a spectacular holiday.

The villa features a panoramic porch located on the front side of the villa, the perfect spot for relaxing in the shade and a second veranda outfitted with a dining space and a brick grill.
At the back of the house, you will find the villa’s most unique features, the extra large jacuzzi and a tennis court.
The neighborhood of Porto Saler is a quiet residential area that is located close to the port of la Savina, and from the villa, one can easily walk to a charming tiny beach that is located within the natural park Can Marroig.
A variety of restaurants and stores can be found in La Savina, and the villa is also located close to San Francesc, which is known for its charming boutiques. In addition, you will find all of the necessary services in the community.
