The property offers all the facilities and luxuries of a small private hotel ( first quality linens in bedrooms and bathrooms, bathroom amenities etc..) The house is well equipped with a high standard of equipment such as satellite, flat screen TV, internet access and is partially air conditioned, however not necessary as the location is perfect to feel the energy of Formentera’s summer breeze.

Ground Floor:
Open-plan living room with sofas and fire place and fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and extra single bed. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool or garden area. Guests bathroom. The living room opens onto a wooden terrace and the pool, which is an ideal outdoor dining and chilling out area.

Mezzanine floor:
Cosy double bedroom.

Semi-basement:
Master bedroom with double bed and one single bed, en-suite shower room with W.C and large living room with a sofa that can be made up as 2 single beds ( extra )
